Khloé Kardashian's family has urged her to obtain a restraining order against Lamar Odom after he allegedly verbally attacked her outside a gym in Beverly Hills.

The 30-year-old reality TV star, who ''freaked out'' after her soon-to-be ex-husband allegedly verbally attacked her outside a gym in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (12.08.15), is ''really shaken up'' after the incident and is thinking about seeking a protection order from a judge to force him to stay away from her.

A source close to the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star told gossip website RadarOnline.com: ''Khloé is still freaked out by the whole incident and she is really shaken up. Her family is urging her to get a restraining order against Lamar so that this doesn't happen again.

''Khloe isn't even trying to make excuses for Lamar over this. This was really scary.''

Lamar is said to have surprised the blonde beauty in a parking lot after she arrived to attend a SoulCycle class at 6.45am. She initially attempted to ignore him, but he began screaming at her before allegedly grabbing her arm.

Eyewitnesses offered to call the police, but the reality TV star quickly left the scene in her car.

The former couple, who split in December 2013 after four years of marriage amid rumours Lamar was addicted to cocaine and cheating with other women, filed court documents to finalise their divorce last month, but are waiting for a judge to make their split official.

Khloé, who recently started dating NFL star James Harden, recently insisted she would always love and miss Lamar, 35, but another source told PEOPLE.com that she forced to change her phone number several weeks ago because he would not stop calling her.

Robert Pattinson and FKA twigs won’t get married until “autumn at the earliest”, according to reports.

The Twilight actor and his 27-year-old partner have never officially commented on their engagement, but Robert, 29, is said to have popped the question earlier this year after just six months of dating.

Now it has been claimed that FKA’s indecision about just how she wants to mark her union with Robert has caused the pair to push back their big day.

“She can't decide what [kind of] wedding she'd like to have,” a source close to the couple told People.com.

"She talks about it keeping as real and low-key and then wants an elaborate glamorous Baroque affair. She was even talking at one stage about having a masked ball."

The pair were originally thought to be planning a pub wedding in keeping with their low-key lifestyles. However, now they have decided to go bigger for the celebration, they are hoping more time will make the organisation easier.

"It will now be bigger but how big, nobody's quite sure at this moment in time," the source reveals. "There's no fixed [wedding] date but will probably be late in the year – autumn at the earliest.”

The claims come after Robert and FKA both discussed their approaches to parenthood in recnet interviews.

While Robert told German magazine Jolie he is “definitely” hoping to have children soon, FKA opened up about her hopes for the future with The Sunday Times.

“I honestly didn't give a s**t about any of this stuff until about two years ago,” she admitted. “I don't know whether it's my age – I'm going to be 28 in January – but all of a sudden I started thinking that if I had a daughter, it is gonna be terrifying.”

Modern Family star Ariel Winter has revealed she underwent breast reduction surgery after years of "struggling" with her size 32F chest.

The 17-year-old actress, who was legally emancipated from her parents in May after being removed from her mother's home in October 2012 amid allegations of abuse, feels "so excited and relieved" after reducing the size of chest from an F to a D cup in June.

"It started to hurt so bad that I couldn't take the pain. My neck was hurting so bad and I actually had some problems with my spine," she told Glamour magazine.

It also meant she didn't feel comfortable in bathing suits, regularly struggled to find things to wear on the red carpet and often received cruel comments from online trolls.

"It's hard when you're a teenage girl and you already have a lot of ridicule and then you pile on more, and it's kind of... it just gets too much. We live in a day and age where everything you do is ridiculed.

"The Internet bullies are awful. I could post a photo where I feel good, and 500 people will comment about how fat I am, and that I am disgusting."

The final straw came when she went swimsuit shopping with her cousin and struggled to find something she felt comfortable in.

But since undergoing the surgery, Ariel says everyone has been really supportive as they know it's something she's been struggling with for years.

"I also think there’s some good that can come from [telling] my story. It’s something that I did to better my life and better my health, and I think that can benefit a lot of young girls. I have felt happier with myself than I ever have."
